Form 4 Indoor Adventure Activity (Rope Course)

The Guidance Team organised an indoor adventure activity featuring abseiling for Form 4 students on 15 and 16 October. Under the guidance and safety supervision of professional instructors and teachers, students climbed to an elevated platform and used ropes to complete the abseiling challenge step by step.
Facing the height and the challenge, students had to overcome their nervousness and follow instructions carefully. Throughout the activity, they encouraged and supported one another. When difficulties arose, they learned to adjust their mindset and consider ways to respond. By taking part in and completing the challenge, students strengthened their confidence, problem-solving skills, sense of self-efficacy and team spirit.
