Moral Education Group: ‘Salute to the National Flag’ Beijing Exchange Programme: Members of our school’s flag-raising team took part in the ‘Salute to the National Flag’ Beijing Exchange Programme organised by the Education Bureau, travelling to the People’s Liberation Army Honour Guard Battalion to learn the etiquette of the flag-raising ceremony. They were then invited to the viewing gallery on the Tiananmen Gate to observe the flag-raising ceremony at Tiananmen Square. They were also invited to the Great Hall of the People, where they met with Vice-Premier Ding Xuexiang.
