2024-25 STEAM WEEK Inter-House Science and STEM Challenge (Quiz Competition)
On May 23, 2025, the departments of Integrated Science, Chemistry and Biology joinly organized an inter-disciplinary science and STEM quiz competition. It was also the last event of the whole STEAM Week. The competition was divided into two parts. The first part was held during lunchtime, and each House sent 3 elite science student representatives from Form 3 to Form 5 to compete; and the second part was held during the weekly assembly on the same day, with elite science student representatives from Form 1 and Form 2 participating in the competition. Through quiz competitions, students showed their strengths in different areas of study related to science and STEM themes, and put their learning into practice. The competition process was exciting. In addition to the contestants on the stage, the teachers and students in the audience also participated earnestly and devoted themselves to the event, giving them an unforgettable learning experience. It is hoped that this event will help students develop an interest in the field of science and STEM and help improve their learning.
Competition Results:
Form 1 and Form 2 : The champion was won by Kindly Light House, and Gracious Light House won the second place;
Form 3 to Form 5: The champion was won by Glorious Light House, and Kindly Light House won the second place.
