Guidelines for New S1 Students (Registration)

- 地點Venue：伯特利中學(G01室) Bethel High School (Room G01)
- 註冊必備文件Required registration documents：
- 教育局中學學位分配「派位證」及「入學註冊證」（正本）
Secondary School Places Allocation Slip and Admission Slip (Original)
- 身份證明文件(香港身份證/香港出世紙) 正本
Identity document(s) (Hong Kong Identity Card / Hong Kong Birth Certificate) (Original)
- 小五及小六的學校成績表（正本及副本）
P.5 and P.6 School Reports (Original and Photocopy)
- 近照兩張
Two recent photos
- 印有中、英文住宅地址之文件副本一份(例如：電費單、水費單副本)
Copy of a document with the residential address printed in both Chinese and English (e.g. a copy of an electricity or water bill)
